Whilst setting up Dawson’s I always had a clear vision in mind of how I wanted the salon to be perceived.
I always envisioned it to be light and airy with a lot of space with a very relaxed and welcoming approach almost like a home from home.
I just so happened to drive past what now is Dawson’s and instantly fell in love with the unique premises. I always knew I wanted a building that was quite structurally different to any I had seen before. With Dawson’s white metal framing it was perfect!
For days after it was all I could think about I found myself constantly daydreaming of what it could be.
My partner Jake Dawson visited the building and from there it all fell into place. We endured many sleepless nights taking huge amounts of dedication to completely renovating the inside of the building. Dawson’s was completed and we celebrated our opening on the 1st May 2019! our dream had come true.
I am so lucky to be joined by the most talented team who I’ve worked with over the years and lucky enough to now carry on doing so.
I love this industry and how each day is so different to the next constantly meeting new people and learning new things.

Hey, I’m Jack and I’m the Senior Stylist here at Dawsons. I have been working within the hairdressing industry since 2009, with the salon since 2020 and I have loved every moment of it. Hairdressing has always been something that I have loved to do and has opened a lot of doors for me, most recently I won ‘Stylist Of The Year 2022’ which was definitely a career high for me. Whilst being at the salon I have been lucky enough to meet so many wonderful clients who have trusted me with their hair journey and for those who haven’t met me yet, I can’t wait to welcome you all into the salon and see what magic we can create together.

Hi, I’m Bella. I am a Stylist at Dawsons. I have been hairdressing since 2014 and have been working here at Dawsons since 2021. Hairdressing is something I’m very passionate about. I love all aspects of it, from classic one length cuts to creating a whole new look for someone, I love it all! The industry is always evolving so keeping current is a must for me, I love going on courses and keeping up with the latest trends. Dawsons is a truly beautiful salon that I am so grateful I can be a part of.

Hello everyone, I’m Harley and I’m a stylist here at Dawsons. I began my hairdressing journey in 2012 and have always been passionate about all things hair, I love the feeling of making someone feel truly beautiful about themselves. I’m recently back to it after taking some time out of salon life after having my son and I couldn’t be more excited and grateful for that to be with Dawsons, such a wonderful team and beautiful salon. Hi, I’m Sophie, one of the therapists here at Dawsons. I’ve been a qualified beauty therapist for over ten years. Whilst I love all aspects of beauty, my real passion is advanced treatments and Dermalogica skincare. Being a therapist is incredibly rewarding because no two days are ever the same. It’s amazing to see how a simple treatment can boost someone’s confidence and make their day. Plus, I always enjoy meeting new people and having a good chat!

Hello I’m Maisy, I’m a level 3 beauty therapist here at Dawsons. I love my job and love spending my day meeting new people or seeing familiar faces, doing all different kinds of treatments and being able to make people feel good about themselves. Whether that’s from new nails, a fresh set of eyelashes or new brows. Everything is a treat to be able to do for my clients. The biggest thing for me in my job is for my clients to be able to come to me for their treatments and it be their time to switch off and relax, you don’t need any excuses to have a pamper!
