Deposits
A holding deposit of 50% is required for all appointments at the time of booking, and it is fully redeemable on the scheduled appointment day. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly provide a 48-hour notice. If such notice is given, the deposit can be transferred to a new booking or redeemed towards products within the salon. Failure to provide timely notice or a no-show will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a 100% deposit will be required for any future appointments.
Children
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children must be 14 or older to receive services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times until the age of 16. Children under 14 may not receive salon services and must not accompany parents or guardians to any appointments. Children under the age of 14 may not be in our salon waiting area or service area at any time. If the occasion arises and your appointment collides with childcare issues, please let us know within the 48 hours notice period so we can reschedule your appointment.
